Rear seat release/fold down doesnt work

I have a 2013 Ford Edge SEL AWD. The rear seat release doesnt seem to work anymore and I would like to figure out how to fix it. The Haynes Manual that i have doesnt mention it. Which is strange unto itself. I may be just missing it or maybe i got a faulty manual?? Any ideas or suggestions??
