I have seen the new SN spec so far on Castrol full synthetic titanium, Pennzoil platinum full synthetic and both Mobil 1 and Mobile Super synthetic oils. There may be others. This new spec will probably be updated in the near future as information regarding it's performance is learned. It's primary goal is to reduce the baked on gunk buildup on valves in GDi engines. This problem has been growing among the people who have GDi engines and are having big issues in spite of regular oil changes.
