Clicking/ rattling sound from rear seat area

I own a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium. There is a clicking/ rattling sound that is coming from the rear seat area. I returned the vehicle to the Ford dealership that we bought it from. They removed the lower seat and the single upper section and wrapped all of the plastic connectors in padded tape. This didn't cure the problem. It sounds like metal clicking on metal. The rear seats are heated and have many cables running through them. Has anyone had this issue or have any suggestions on a cure? It is very irritating listening to this! I called my dealer and they don't know, but are going to research it further. Thanks for any input!
