So..... The link in this post has caused me to ask yet another question! I've recently been in a discussion concerning oil and the turbocharger for my car, and being the person with the lack of knowledge I am turning to eveyrone here once again for the vast weath of knowledge (of which I have little to offer)

My Fiery Fiesta has run most all of it's life on LiquiMolly Special Tech SAE 5-20. (Granted I've loved this oil from the beginning because, well it was green, although this version isn't, my Fiery Fiesta is my little vulcan child in my head).... Anyway... She has 109K miles on her, and a good 104K miles is with this oil. Is this oil OK or should I need to change it. I changed it from what the Ford Dealership had (Which I will never go back to them for other reasons), because all of the research I did recommended the European Synthetic Oil.

I await the logical answers :)

P.S. The new turbocharger is holding strong, already has 2,000 miles on it. Car is averaging 45 mph between City and Highway miles.
You're fine. Change it regularly to be kind to the wet belt, and it will last for years.

Alrighty then, I'll stick with the LiquiMoly Special Tech SAE 5-20.

If I switch to the 5-30 at 150K, is there anything I should change out, or just switch the oil? How does this work anyway, sorry I'm not good with the Oil Weights.

Ford recommends changing the timing belt at 150k. You're using good oil, stick with it.
