Can side mirrors on Edge Trend be upgraded to "blind spot" mirrors ?

I want blind spit side mirrors on my basic ford edge 2019. What do i need to do to upgrade to blind spot mirrors. Is it simple to upgrade mirrors to show blind spot "orange dot" ?

Just guessing but it wold be likely you need a censor on the rear of the body and the associated wiring
